Classes: Fromagination offers classes in cheese tasting, beer and cheese pairing, wine and cheese pairing, pizza-making, and other kitchen and dining topics. Our classes are currently scheduled by prior arrangement, on an ad hoc basis. Minimum class size is 12 participants.
Tastings: Fromagination takes pride in sharing the culture and history of cheese. Our cheese tasting sessions can be in-shop or off-site, and tailored to your group’s interests and budget. A Fromagination cheesemonger will introduce the cheeses, discuss the various flavor palates, and encourage your experimentation.
In-Shop Sampling: We regularly ask local cheese producers, and other artisan food makers, to use the Fromagination shop in Madison for sampling and demonstrations. Come in and try some cheese!
