Dill Havarti cheese

Made from pasteurized cow milk.

Wisconsin does it again.  No need for the Danish type.  It’s smooth, subtle, but with a fresh dill flavor.  What’s the secret?  The dill oil and the dill that get added to the milk, instead of the curd, for double dill action. The milk is rBST-free.
