Marieke Foenegreek Gouda cheese is a signature cheese for Holland’s Family Cheese, headed by Marieke and Rolf Peterman. It’s made with an authentic old world Gouda recipe! The equipment, cultures, herbs and spices are all imported from the Netherlands. Presently the rBGH free cows milk from the Penterman Farm cows is piped directly from the first milking of the day directly into the processing vat – fresh ingredients!
Premium raw cow’s milk from her family farm provides each wheel of cheese with the exceptional flavor and texture.
Pairing suggestions: Potter’s Winter Wheat Crackers, maple syrup, toasted almonds, dark rum or amber beer.

By far the most unique cheese they carry. It’s a party favorite, sweet, savoury, and robust. Not very stinky, taste like pankakes but better. Really I wouldn’t place an order unless you order at least a little bit of this unique cheese
