Made from pasteurized cow milk.

Winner of the American Cheese Society’s 2016 Best-in-Show Award! (highest honor)

This cellar-aged, alpine cheese is new…but quite old in terms of its cheese heritage.  It is a traditional alpine-style washed-rind cheese, made in the Swiss appenzeller style.  It has a smooth, nutty flavor.

It is aged a minimum of 6 months.
