In fact, it’s made from pork fat, sweet peppers, grapeseed oil, champagne vinegar, lemon, salt, sugar, spices, paprika, cayenne chili powder and crushed red pepper. Furthermore, Sobrassada, along with botifarró are traditional Balearic sausage meat products.
