Sobrassada
This sobrassada is a spreadable Spanish-style chorizo! Sobrassada is traditional Balearic sausage meat products, along with botifarró.
It’s made from a wide variety of ingredients:
- sweet peppers
- grapeseed oil
- champagne vinegar
- lemon, salt, and sugar
- paprika and other spices
- cayenne chili powder
- crushed red pepper
