Top Note Tonic
Top Note started with an idea, to make soft drinks worthy of fine food. Mary was a professional brewer for 20 years, and had some tricks up her sleeve to create unique flavors, that were balanced, restrained on sweetness, and really grown up. It turns out, we made a great tonic line, Top Note Tonics, named after the flavor science terms for the aromas at the peak of a beverage. Top Note are made commercial kitchen in Milwaukee where they also innovate and design new flavors to share with our Farmer’s Market patrons.
- Bitter Lemon: Water, Cane Sugar, Turbinado Sugar, Lemon Juice, Dried Cinchona Bark, Spices, Lemon Peel, Citric Acid, Cream Of Tartar, Gentian Root, Lemon Extract (Natural Flavor, Water and Alcohol) Wintergreen. (Contains Cinchona, a natural source of quinine)
- Ginger Beer: Water, Sugar, Ginger, Belgian Dark Syrup (Beet Sugar, Date Sugar, Water), Citric Acid, Grapefruit Peel, Galangal Root Dried, Cream Of Tartar, Gentian Root, Ginger Extract (Water, Alcohol, Oil of Ginger).
- Indian Tonic: Water, Sugar, Citric Acid, Cinchona Bark, Quassia Bard, Gentian Root, Grapefruit Peel, Kafir Lime Leaf, Lemon Grass, Lime Extract (Alcohol, Oil of Lime, Water). (Contains Cinchona, a natural source of quinine)
Storage: Refrigerate after opening, for up to 2 month. Natural sediment expected to occur. Shake well or decant before serving.
