Vintage Stainless Steel Fondue Pot Gourmet International Set with Wood Handle and 6 Fondue Forks
Gather around this fantastic retro stainless steel fondue pot with your friends and family and make some memories. Fondue became popular in the U.S. in the 1960’s 30 years after the Swiss promoted it as their national dish in the 1930s. The oldest known recipe dates back to 1699 in a book printed in Zurich and simply says to melt cheese in wine with bread to be dipped in it. Sounds pretty simple to make!
This is a lovingly gently used vintage item in overall good condition. The set contains the pot, stand, sterno holder and 6 color coded forks. The pot is marked on the bottom Gourmet International Stainless Japan
