Holland’s Family Cheese is located in central Wisconsin. Rolf and Marieke Penterman emigrated from the Netherlands to Wisconsin in 2002 to pursue their passion for dairy farming. Their cheeses are smooth, creamy Goudas with a slightly sweet, nutty flavor that becomes more complex as it ages on wooden shelves. Their Holstein cows produce rGBH-free milk that has been creating cheese for international cheese awards since 2006. Marieke Gouda is a signature cheese made with an authentic Old World Gouda recipe. The equipment, cultures, herbs and spices are all imported from Holland.
Bree Breckel and Eric Weninger are “B&E”…and they were meant to farm. Their farm is at the end of a long dirt road outside the village of Newry in the heart of the Driftless Region of Wisconsin.
They list such items as Maple Ginger Cookies and Maple Coffee Fudge as items to make with your maple syrup.
