Widmer’s Brick Cheese spread.  Heritage: Brick is a Wisconsin original, first made by John Jossi around 1877.  Some Brick cheeses resemble European wash rind type cheeses.

Pairing suggestions:  Best served on Potter’s Winter Wheat crackers, or spread it on your favorite sandwich…which may include both grilled cheese and burgers.
