Paris In bloom

Celebrating all thing French or French inspired. Escape to the City of Light. Whether your passion is fashion, art or food, you’ll find it at Fromagination from Feb 1st through March 15th.

We have curated an assortment of some of our favorite French books, foods and of course cheese.  From Duck Fat, Truffle Salt, Délice De Bourgogne, Comte, Ossau-Iraty, Mimolette,  l’Affiné au Chablis and of course French Camembert.  We will be serving a French Salad, Potato Leek Soup, Jambon Beurre Sandwich with Truffle Butter and Brie.  Stop in and see what we have in store to escape to  Paris in Bloom.

Together let’s escape to banks of the Seine River and the gardens of Montmartre to watch the beautiful cherry blossoms bloom. Let’s catch a train down to the Alps to see the cows come out to pasture as the snow starts to melt. And on our way down to the Côte d’Azur, let’s stop at a vineyard along the banks of the River Rhône, for a delicious Châteauneuf du Pape.
