Big Ed’s has won medals at the World and U.S. Championship Cheese Contests, and at the American Cheese Society competition.  This cheese comes in three other flavors.

Saxon Creamery’s 90-day aging process takes wheels of Big Ed’s Gouda cheese through three different aging cellars! They are all controlled for temperature and humidity, where the unique flavor characteristics emerge. This cheese is creamy, has a smooth texture, and sweet, rich milk flavors. Big Ed’s makes the perfect table cheese!
