Boozin’ Ewe cheese is made from sheep milk.

Then Carr Valley’s cheesemakers wash it in Wisconsin port wine from Wollersheim Winery in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. It then takes on an even sweeter flavor and a purple rind.
