This cheese is featured in a number of our cakes of cheese! Purple Haze, Blue Horizons, and Snow Bird.

With origins in Germany, this is a Camembert and Gorgonzola hybrid.  Extra cream is added to the milk in the process and results in a creamy, triple cream brie!  In fact, Cambozola cheese is often marketed as a blue brie. Additionally, this is a great cheese to try from someone who might stray away from the more intense blue cheeses.

Try this with some honey or dried cranberries!
