This is 60 minutes with a Fromagination staffer. Taste some great cheeses and find out about the nuances of goat milk, and how it contributes to cheese-making, in contrast to how cow and sheep milk affect the cheese. Wisconsin has a variety of great goat cheese producers, which will will review in class.

Join a Fromagination cheesemonger for an hour of appreciating often overlooked categories of fine cheese – sheep milk cheeses! We will taste and discuss a variety of notable cheeses while we explore the history and significance of sheep in the world’s dairy traditions.
