Made from pasteurized cow milk.

The Indigo Bunting is a very creamy, mixed-milk Blue cheese.  On its own, sheep milk is exceptionally creamy and often sweeter. However, to produce this special Blue, Deer Creek adds cow milk cream to create an extraordinary velvety cheese texture. The result is a creamy, decadent and unique Blue cheese.

Another delicious and interesting cheese from the Artisan Cheese Exchange.

Sold in a 5.3 ounce wedge.
