About Lady Joseph: Josephine Bernaud began to elaborate delicious artisan biscuits and crackers in 1926 in her adopted town of Haro (La Rioja, Spain). Of French origin, these delicious baked products reminded her of her childhood in Bordeaux. Lady Joseph, as her friends called her, inaugurated her Tea Room which became a meeting place to talk and catch up. She lovingly made the products that accompanied the railroad travelers on the well-known Haro-Bordeaux route. Using the highest quality natural ingredients, we continue elaborating them, one by one, in an artisanal way, in our bakery in Haro. Keeping traditions brings meaning to our origins.
