This gift set showcases a wonderful variety of seven Wisconsin artisan cheeses: Grand Cru, Wild Morel & Leek Jack, Vat 17 Cheddar, Mobay, Foenegreek Gouda, Raw Goat Milk Cheddar and EWE’d be AMAZED.

Roth’s Grand Cru is a traditional firm, alpine cheese. Vat 17 is a specially formulated sharp Cheddar. Mobay is a tasty sheep & goat milk cheese. Marieke’s Foenegreek Gouda is a special flavored Gouda. LaClare’s Raw Goat Milk Cheddar is a surprise hit. Hook’s EWE’d be AMAZED is a semi-firm, mild sheep milk cheese. Meister’s Wild Morel & Leek Jack cheese is just what it sounds like!

It also includes three preserves, candied pecans, Wisconsin Rye Crackers, Cranberry Crisps, and dried fruit slices.

The gift set version with meat includes Finocchiona, Spanish Chorizo and Wisco Old Fashioned Salami from Underground Meats.
