This is Old World-style Berkshire pork humanely raised bacon, hand-rubbed with Wisconsin Maple syrup, brown sugar and salt.

It is cured for a week in sugar and salt, then cold-smoked for three hours and then hot-smoked for four hours.

Product weight: 12 ounces.
