Mild heat.

This salsa is fresh, herby, and citrusy, with a hint of green chile and spices. It’s perfect for avocado toast, salads, grilled vegetables, enchiladas verdes, and chicken or seafood tacos.

Ingredients: Tomatillo, onion, poblano, pepper, water, pepita, cilantro, salt, garlic, lime juice, serrano pepper and oregano.

It comes in a 12-ounce jar; refrigerate after opening.

Milpa Salsa is owned and run by two amigas making food they love inspired by the flavors of Mexico. Created by Shannon and Miros, Milpa means “cultivated field.” It is an agricultural system practiced in Mexico, where corn, squash, and beans are planted together to support each crop best.

Made in Madison, Wisconsin.
