Red Hawk is an organic milk, soft cheese…a triple creme with a zing!

Bent River is Alemar’s leading cheese, made in the style of Camembert. Named after the sharp turn of the Minnesota just a few hundred yards from their production site, it is released at five weeks. Over the next six weeks or so, the cheese ripens to full maturity. During that time, the texture and flavor profile changes, but at all stages Bent River is a Camembert that rivals the best around.

Carr Valley’s Sid Cook dunks Porto Duet in Wisconsin port wine from Wollersheim Winery in Prairie du Sac, WI. In fact, Carr Valley Cheese has won more than 550 cheesemaking awards from US and international competitions!

Canela is an original creation inspired by classic Spanish-style cheeses. It is aged for 15 months or more in a cellar, which results in each bite offering a dense texture with crystallization and a concentration of exquisite flavors.

Third layer : Porto Duet cheese (cow milk) from Carr Valley Cheese (washed in Wolersheim Wine from Wisconsin)

Fourth layer: Canela cheese (cow milk) from Roth Cheese
