60 minutes with a Fromagination staffer, and the cheese class kit. Taste the cheeses, and learn about how they came to taste like they do, and about their texture and ingredients.

We know we love cheese, but…what is it? How is it made and where does it come from? Fromagination’s presenter(s) will delve into the details of how your favorite cheeses are produced. He will offer samples of cheese as examples of the science behind the different flavors, and consistencies, of cheese.  Find out more about why it looks/smells/tastes like that. Sign up and learn!

The Science of Cheesemaking class

Note: All classes begin at 6:30 p.m. U.S. CENTRAL time.

Each class registration includes a cheese class kit with enough cheese for 2-4 participants, shipped to them prior to the class. Participants may be required to purchase other class “materials,” such as beer or wine. (Fromagination cannot ship alcoholic beverages.)
