Made from pasteurized cow milk.

Sriracha Gouda cheese is made with fresh milk from local Wisconsin dairy farms and cured for at least 30 days in Roth’s aging cellars in Monroe, Wisconsin.

Before the curing process, Sriracha Gouda wheels are speckled with red pepper flakes and hand-painted.

Sriracha Gouda cheese’s sweet and spicy flavor pairs well with apple and berry ciders. Try it with rose and Sauvignon Blanc or Pale Ales and IPA’s. It’s also perfect for topping chili, tomato soup, tacos, nachos and more. Try it with dried fruits and nuts or Potter’s Classic White crackers!

Calling the rolling hills of Southern Wisconsin home, a family of cheesemakers has been crafting award-winning specialty cheese for more than 150 years.  It all started in 1863, when Oswald Roth began crafting and curing cheese in Uster, Switzerland.  Today Roth Cheese is part of the Emmi Group, continuing to focus on specialty and artisan cheeses that originated in the traditions of European recipes, as well as American Originals. With cellars for aging and authentic copper vats, Emmi Roth cheeses are a testament to the craft of the cheesemaker.
