About Silloway Maple: “The family started maple sugaring in Vermont in 1942, as part of the family dairy farm. Sap is gathered form native maple trees, some a hundred and fifty years old. They use all sustainable practices, from sugarbush management, to traditional wood fire, to solar power. Their maple syrup, sugar, candy, and dream win many awards. Tourists are welcome to come year ’round to meet our family, learn how maple syrup is made, and take home maple products.”
