Savor the spice. Zab’s small-batch hot sauces have a signature slow burn, and they’ve got a rare pepper to thank for it. Known as the datil, it’s grown in St. Augustine, Florida—America’s oldest city—and manages to balance sweetness with the heat of a habanero. It’s the star ingredient in both concoctions here, alongside a supporting cast of non-GMO ingredients like organic carrots, onions, and garlic.
A few dabs will punch up any dish, of course, but we’re also simmering it into sauces, stirring it into a dip, shaking it into the dressing, and glazing it over wings and meat. We like adding a drop to cheese!
Each box comes with two bottles.

“Original” ingredients:  White Vinegar, Organic Carrots, Water, Rice Wine Vinegar, Datil Peppers, Organic Garlic, Organic Onion, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Spices, Xanthan Gum.
“St. Augustine Style” ingredients:  Water, Organic Cane Sugar, White Vinegar, Organic Tomatoes, Organic Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Datil Peppers, Organic Onions, Organic Carrots, Organic Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Organic Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Organic Tomato Paste, Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Mustard Powder, Organic Molasses, Spices, Olive Oil, Xanthan Gum.
