Fromagination began in-shop cheese tastings. 2008 2011 Susan Sarandon and John Nichols visited Fromagination during the Act 10 protests at the Wisconsin Capitol. Fromagination is featured on the cover of the Gourmet Retailer magazine. 2013 2014 Make Music Madison has become an annual tradition on the sidewalk in front of the shop. 2014 Fromagination makes

2014 Fromagination has had a booth at Epic's UGM for many years. 2016 Fromagination led the discussion of Swiss heritage and cheese at the Historical Museum. 2017 Fromagination celebrated its 19th anniversary in autumn 2017. 2017 Fromagination has had a team of teenage employees for summer work in past years. 2017 Fromagination Owner Ken Monteleone has been behind the cheese counter for 10 years. 2018 Fromagination assisted Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin to create the World's Largest Cheeseboard in downtown Madison. 2019 Fromagination began digital advertising at the Dane County Regional Airport. 2020 Fromagination sold Victory Cheese boxes and contributed to Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin. 2020 Fromagination's women employees celebrate International Women's Day. 2021 Fromagination continued online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hook’s 20-Year Aged Cheddar cheese is introduced, selling for $209 per pound.  Fromagination some more 20 years than any other retailer.

Introduced a Cheddar flight of 5, 10, 12, 15 and 20-Year-Aged Cheddar.
