Concerts on the Square Loyalty Program

Order Fromagination catering for three or more (3+) concerts and
receive a complimentary fruit or veggie board with your third order.

Order Fromagination catering for all six (6) concerts and receive your choice
of a fruit board, veggie board, or a Lark cookie board with each concert.

Cancelled concerts are usually rescheduled for the next evening, Thursday.

Advance Orders

All sandwiches (besides the Great Wisconsin & Vegan Verde) are available for pre-order on our website for in-shop pick up the day of the concert.

Deadlines

• 1:30 p.m. day-of concert deadline for ordering boxed lunches

• 7:00 p.m. (start of concert) deadline for picking up concert food

Orders may be placed in person, online or by telephone.

Pre-payment is required for advance (pick-up) orders.

In-Person Purchases

Fromagination’s artisan sandwiches are available day-of-concert for purchase at our shop at 12 South Carroll Street, next to Inn on the Park.

Our kitchen closes at 4:00 p.m. Day-of, in-person food purchases may be made until concert intermission.

Day-of food purchases may be made until close at 7:15 p.m.

If you don’t order in advance, remember: Sandwiches are sold until inventory is exhausted.

Cancellation Policy

In the case that a Concert on the Square is cancelled, customers are nevertheless responsible for picking up and paying for their orders (both catering and boxed lunches).

If a Concert on the Square is cancelled due to rain, the concert will often be rescheduled for next day, Thursday. If the rescheduled concert is also cancelled, you may pick up your order between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.

Catered Orders / Table Food

To Order Catering for Concerts on the Square

• Catering orders for Concerts on the Square must be placed by 12:00 noon on the Monday prior to the concert.
• Orders submitted after the Monday 12:00 noon deadline will be accommodated based on schedule and availability. If we are able to fulfill a late order, a 10% late-order fee will be added to the subtotal.
• Once an order has been placed and an invoice has been issued, additional items are not guaranteed and will depend on availability. Reductions made after 12:00 noon on the Monday prior to the concert will not reduce the original invoice total.
• An 18% service fee will be applied to all catering orders requesting table delivery. This fee covers delivery service. (There is no service fee for orders picked up in our shop.)
• Catering orders with a subtotal over $1,000 are also subject to an automatic 18% gratuity.
• Table numbers must be provided by 12:00 noon on the Monday prior to the concert.
• Table delivery happens from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., scheduled in 15-minute intervals. Delivery times are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Pick-up orders must be picked up by the concert start time: 7:00 p.m.
