Apple Crisps from Potter’s Crackers, Madison, Wisconsin
Potter’s Crackers was started by Peter Potter Weber and his mom, Nancy Potter, in 2006. Their mission is to produce products sustainably without sacrificing quality. They saw that Wisconsin was producing amazing cheese but there were no exceptional crackers to accompany them! In addition, these crackers are produced with locally sourced whole-wheat flour and local milk and butter in Madison, Wisconsin.
