This is Grade A dark and robust Wisconsin maple syrup infused with The Cider Farm’s very own apple brandy made from organic apples.

It’s great as a cocktail mixer in place of simple syrup to add warmth, and wherever you would normally use maple syrup in cooking.

The Cider Farm is a cider and spirits brand based on an organic orchard near Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The Cider Farm grows only true cider apples, apples cultivated for making alcoholic beverages, not for eating. These apples have tannins that add depth of flavor and mouthfeel to the beverages they make. The Cider Farm produces a range of ciders from its European cider apples as well as America’s only apple brandy made from true cider apples.
