Although traditionally from The Netherlands, some very tasty Gouda cheese is also made in Wisconsin!

In this one-hour class, we’ll explore the history, varieties, aging process, and distinctive characteristics of this beloved Dutch cheese. Learn how age transforms Gouda from young and creamy to firm and caramelized.

We’ll taste a selection of award-winning Wisconsin Goudas and uncover what makes each one unique. Come curious, leave cheesy!
