The Dairyland Experience class

Location: Capitol Room, Park Hotel, 22 South Carroll Street, Madison

This is a one-hour class with a Fromagination cheesemonger. You will learn the history of “America’s Dairyland” (Wisconsin) as you sample artisan cheeses.

You will hear the story of the cheesemaker, learn the traditions of cheesemaking, and taste the flavors which make each artisan cheese unique and delicious. Additionally, each cheese will be paired with a cheese companion which will enhance the flavor of the cheese.

This will be a delicious Wisconsin experience you will not want to miss!
