Ignore Scrooge – Stilton for the Holidays!

Stilton, that distinctive, luscious English blue cheese, is something Charles Dickens’ Bob Cratchit would have had at Christmas dinner…if Mr. Scrooge would have paid him enough.  You can have this wonderful cheese for the holidays this year!  Fromagination carries Colston-Bassett Stilton, sourced from London and the famous Neal’s Yard Dairy.  We do not offer it online, but call or come in to ask about our Stilton, while we still have it in the cheese case.  It’s a creamy, semi-soft cheese that goes well with a cracker, ripe pears or a Madeira wine.  Yum!
