Chalet Cheese Cooperative

Chalet Cheese Cooperative is located near Monroe, Wisconsin.  It was established in 1885, and makes a variety of cheeses.

Its most famous product is traditional Limburger cheese, sold under the Country Castle label.  It is thought to be the only traditional Limburger now made in the United States.
