Sartori Company

Sartori Company is located in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

The Sartori Company began in 1939, in Plymouth, where Italian immigrant Paolo Sartori decided to begin making cheese with Louis Rossini.  They founded S&R Cheese Corporation, which, after a few iterations became Sartori Company.

Sartori has purchased other specialty cheese-makers during its history, and added new lines of cheese.  The BellaVitano cheese was started in 1999.  in 2017, Black Pepper BellaVitano was the Grand Champion of the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest.

Sartori Company also makes non-cheese food products.
