MontAmore Cheddar cheese
MontAmore Cheddar cheese is made by Sartori, which has roots in the cheese-making industry that date to the 1930s. Sartori is family-owned and now run by the fourth generation of cheesemakers. Many of the farmers they get milk from have been supplying them for generations.
Sartori produces a number of artisan cheeses, several of which have won cheese competition awards.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption, leaving the cheese in its packaging during this time.
