This cellar-aged, alpine cheese is new…but quite old in terms of its cheese heritage.  It is aged a minimum of 6 months.

Little Mountain cheese

Little Mountain cheese is from fourth generation cheesemaker, Chris Roelli.  This is a unique and fantastic cheese from a true American cheesemaking family.A traditional washed rind Alpine cheese made in the Appenzeller style.  Has a smooth and nutty flavor.  Made with raw cow’s milk and aged at least 6 months.  This one will make you want to yodel!
