Night Walker cheese
The Night Walker is a Cheddar, cured in a wood box cured for 18 months and soaked in 5-year aged Wisconsin Bourbon.
It’s a gold medal winner in its class at the International Cheese Awards!
The Artisan Cheese Exchange, located in northeast Wisconsin, makes a great variety of wonderful cheeses. Fromagination carries several of the Deer Creek brand varieties, including The Night Walker. Also carried by Fromagination are Imperial Buck, Blue Jay, The Doe, Rattle Snake and Doe cheeses. Founder Chris Gentine chose the names and labeling for these artisan cheeses based her affinity for a children’s storybook, The Golden Story Book of River Bend, which was written by Richard Scarry’s wife Patricia Scarry.
