How Should I Place an Order for Multiple Gifts or Other Items?

Send your completed form to gifting@fromagination.com. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm final details.

Do You Offer Custom Gift Messages?

We offer the option to include a custom gift message in your order. Custom messages must be 100 characters or less; any messages that don’t meet our parameters will be edited. Holiday greeting cards can be included for an additional cost; contact our staff for more information.

Where Do You Ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States and Puerto Rico. Make sure all recipient addresses are accurate, as we are not liable for reshipping orders that have been delivered to the provided address. We are not liable for reshipping orders that are delivered to offices during which no one is able to receive the package. Be sure your recipient will be at the delivery location, or provide a permanent address instead. If in doubt, contact us to build a non-perishable gift set.

Can I Substitute Products Within a Fromagination Gift Set?

Due to the large volume of sales in the holiday season, substitutions can be difficult. If you have any budget or dietary restrictions, we can work with you to build the perfect gift set. Contact our staff at (608) 255-2430, ext. 4, to discuss substitution options.

What Forms of Payment are Accepted?

Fromagination accepts all major credit cards. If you would prefer to pay with a check, the check must be received before the scheduled shipping date.

How Will I Confirm That My Order Has Been Delivered?

Fromagination will provide you with tracking numbers for each shipping address and/or package. Tracking information for Business Gifting will be sent out within 24 hours of shipment. Our staff will send you an electronic document with all tracking numbers. Links to both SpeeDee and UPS tracking pages will be included in this document.
