Advance Orders

Deadlines

• 1:00 p.m. day-of concert deadline for ordering boxed lunches

• 5:45 p.m. deadline for picking up food

Orders may be placed in person, online or by telephone.

Pre-payment is required for advance (pick-up) orders.

In-Person Purchases

Fromagination’s artisan sandwiches are available day-of-concert for purchase at our shop at 12 South Carroll Street, next to Inn on the Park.

Our kitchen closes at 2:00 p.m. Day-of, in-person food purchases may be made until shop closing at 6:00 p.m..

If you don’t order in advance, remember: Sandwiches are sold until inventory is exhausted.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up and paying for their orders, whether or not Jazz at 5 occurs (weather cancellation, etc.).

Attention: Fromagination closes at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings.

Fromagination’s kitchen is open from 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

We do not sell “grab-and-go” cheese trays.
