This salami incorporates pork sausage with caramelized garlic cloves (black garlic) and mushroom powder, giving it a subtle, sweet flavor paired with umami undertones.

From the producer: “What is black garlic? We slowly caramelize whole heads of garlic until the cloves turn black, resulting in a rich flavor that infuses the salami.”
