This is 60 minutes with a Fromagination staffer. Taste some great cheeses, and learn about where cheese comes from and how we make it in Wisconsin today.

Fromagination cheesemongers know a lot about cheese.  For this class, we will review some cheese history, some basic cheese science, milk types, cheese types and how to taste cheese.  It’s broad and basic…and still interesting and delicious.
