Create a Harvest Time Cheese Board class


6:30 – 7:30 p.m. / October 24, 2024 / Capitol Room, Park Hotel

This is 60 minutes with a Fromagination staffer. As autumn arrives in Wisconsin, it’s time to make a great cheeseboard to accompany the harvest fruits and vegetables on your table. Take this class to learn how to arrange your board and pair your cheeses in Wisconsin “cheesehead” style.

For this class, we will discuss what types of cheese and other items to include on your cheeseboard, and model “construction” of your board with an eye toward harvest time foods.

You will take your cheeseboard home.

Class materials include Wisconsin artisan cheeses and great cheese companion foods.
