This is 60 minutes with a Fromagination staffer. As spring arrives in Wisconsin, it’s time to try new spring, soft cheeses! Take this class to share your spring celebration with your friends or family in true Wisconsin cheesehead style.
For this class, we will discuss what types of cheese and other items to include on your cheeseboard, and model “construction” of your board with an eye toward holiday cheer.
You will take your cheeseboard home. This class may be for one or two participants, who will create one cheeseboard.
