What symbolizes February more than love and chocolate?  How about pairing the chocolate with artisan cheeses? In this one-hour class, hosted by a Fromagination cheesemonger,  learn how artisan cheeses and chocolates share common ingredients, production processes, and tasting notes.

You will sample several pairings of Wisconsin cheeses and Madison-made chocolates. This is the perfect date night event. Make Cheese and Chocolate your love language!
