We’ll taste a curated selection of cheeses made by a leading male cheese-maker, Chris Roelli. He will share his story about technique, terroir, and legacy. Along the way, we’ll explore how mentorship, collaboration, and curiosity continue to drive excellence in modern cheese-making.
