This Asiago-style cheese is infused with rosemary, and olive oil.
It’s made by Wisconsin cheesemaker Sartori, which produces many excellent drier, Italian-style cheeses.
The Sartori Company has roots in the cheese-making industry that date to the 1930s. In fact it is family-owned and now run by the fourth generation of cheesemakers.
Sartori produces quite a number of artisan cheeses, many of which have won cheese competition awards.
Pair with some Potter’s Classic White crackers!
