This Asiago rosemary fused cheese comes from Wisconsin cheesemaker Sartori, which produces many excellent drier kinds of cheese.

The Sartori Company has roots in the cheese-making industry that date to the 1930s.  In fact it is family-owned and now run by the fourth generation of cheesemakers.

Sartori produces quite a number of artisan cheeses, many of which have won cheese competition awards.

Pair with some Potter’s Classic White crackers!
