Deer Creek Cheese’s Vat 17 cheddar is the result of the cheesemaker’s combination of the best flavor attributes from a variety of cheddar cheeses. It is nutty, and tangy, and has won awards such as 1st in its class at the American Cheese Society (ACS) award in 2019, and Bronze at the International Cheese Awards, twice.
