This is a one-hour class with a Fromagination cheesemonger. You will learn the history of “Wisconsin: The Dairy State” as you sample artisan cheeses. You will hear the story of the cheesemaker, learn the process of cheesemaking, and taste the flavors which make each artisan cheese unique and delicious.
In addition, each cheese will be paired with a cheese companion which will enhance the flavor of the cheese. This class is a delicious Wisconsin experience you will not want to miss!
