How do I place an order?

Send your completed form to gifting@fromagination.com. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm final details.

Do you offer custom messages?

We offer the option to include a custom gift message in your order. Custom messages must be 100 characters or less; any messages that don’t meet our parameters will be edited.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Can I substitute products within a Fromagination gift set?

Due to the large volume of sales in the holiday season, Fromagination cannot feasibly substitute items in gift sets. If you’d like to customize a gift set, there is a 20% convenience fee, and a limited selection of customizable products.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Fromagination accepts all major credit cards. If you would prefer to pay with a check, the check must be received before ship date.

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

Fromagination will provide you with tracking numbers for each shipping address. Tracking information for Business Gifting will be sent out within 24 hours of shipment. Our staff will send you an electronic document with all tracking numbers. Links to both SpeeDee and UPS tracking pages will be included in this document.
