Carr Valley Cheese is located in La Valle, Wisconsin. Its creative force is Wisconsin-certified Master Cheesemaker Sid Cook, whose family has made cheese for four generations.
In fact, Carr Valley offers a wide variety of cheeses aside from Glacier Wildfire Blue cheese. It produces creations made from traditional cow milk, but also from sheep and goat milk…and some mixed-milk cheeses, too.
Another outstanding offering is a sheep milk cheese, Cave-Aged Marisa, which won First Place in the 2012 World Championship Cheese Contest.
